Freedom is the most precious thing to own. Freedom is something you take. No one can give you freedom. Freedom is only something you can take. This is where Emotional Intelligence comes into play. The higher your Emotional Intelligence the more successful you are at attaining healthy freedom in every component of your life.

The everyday over-confidence, and under-confidence of how to live your life melts away. You are able to assess your skills, your talents, your needs, your desires, your purpose, your vision and you are successful at this in all parts of your life.

Wanting a high Emotional Intelligence is not enough. You need to learn what it is, and then how to apply it in every aspect of your life. It truly is pratice, practice, practice.

The difference between those with high EI, and those with lowvEI, is that high EI people, are able to accurately track their own emotions, those of others, and control their impulses, while remaining completely open to what is, and achieve a genuine and successful outcome. They honour their freedom more than their fears. They laugh at their fears, and embrace the honesty and integrity of their freedom.

EI is what mindful people spend a life time acquiring. Whether at home or at work, a high EI is one of the most crucial components to rewarding and resilient relationships.
